4125型发动机的吸气道采用排气预热主吸气道的方式,但由于冷空气进入气缸的流量很大。排气增温效果不明显,主发动机起动时,副机带动时间长,主排气管排烟严重,为此,我们改进了吸气道并增设了排气助燃点火装置,如图所示。改进措施是:在主吸气管第三、四缸进气口对面钻φ8毫米的孔(副机排气管打穿),再从主吸气管三、四缸进气口处把副机排气管扩孔至φ14~16毫米并铣出坡
The 4125 engine’s suction duct uses the method of preheating the main intake air exhaust, but the flow of cold air into the cylinder is large. Exhaust warming effect is not obvious, the main engine starts, the auxiliary drive a long time, the main exhaust pipe smoke serious, therefore, we improved the suction duct and additional exhaust combustion ignition device, as shown. Improvement measures are: In the main suction pipe third, four-cylinder inlet opposite the hole drilled φ8 mm (deputy machine exhaust pipe punctured), and then from the main suction pipe three, four cylinder inlet at the Vice Exhaust pipe reaming to φ14 ~ 16 mm and milling slope
