医疗安全管理是医院生存以及健康发展的重要基础,也是医院管理工作中的重点内容,对促进医院的稳定、快速发展具有积极意义和作用。近年来,医院的医疗安全管理工作取得了一定的成绩,医院的医疗以及服务质量都得到了明显的提高,但是还不乏各种问题的出现,所以为了更好地促进医院医疗安全管理工作的顺利以及高效开展,医院应认识到当前医疗安全管理中存在的问题,并采取积极有效措施加以解决。本文现就新时期医院医疗安全管理策略进行分析和研究。
