目的探讨双泛素(human leukocyte antigen F-associated transcript 10,FAT10)在基底细胞样及非基底细胞样乳腺癌中的表达情况及其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化方法,检测155例浸润性乳腺癌及癌旁组织中FAT10的表达情况,并分析其表达与乳腺癌患者临床病理因素及基因分型之间的关系。结果 FAT10在浸润性乳腺癌中的阳性表达率为55.58%,明显高于癌旁组织(21.29%)(P<0.05)。FAT10的表达与乳腺癌的核分级、淋巴结转移情况密切相关。基底细胞样乳腺癌FAT10的阳性表达率高于非基底细胞样乳腺癌(P<0.05)。结论 FAT10的表达与乳腺癌的恶性程度及侵袭转移密切相关,基底细胞样乳腺癌更易于表达FAT10。
Objective To investigate the expression of human leukocyte antigen F-associated transcript 10 (FAT10) in basal-like and non-basal-like breast cancer and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FAT10 in 155 cases of invasive breast cancer and its adjacent tissues. The relationship between the expression of FAT10 and clinicopathological factors and genotyping of breast cancer was analyzed. Results The positive rate of FAT10 in invasive breast cancer was 55.58%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (21.29%) (P <0.05). FAT10 expression and nuclear classification of breast cancer, lymph node metastasis are closely related. The positive rate of FAT10 in basal-like breast cancer was higher than that in non-basal-like breast cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of FAT10 is closely related to the malignancy and invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, and basal-like breast cancer is more likely to express FAT10.
