目的通过了解兴隆县进修学校发生1起因食用菜豆引起的食物中毒的经过,提高人们饮食卫生的防范意识,预防中毒事件发生。方法采用现场流行病学调查、“泡沫实验”、凝聚实验方法进行调查分析。结果采集病人呕吐物及剩余菜豆,经检验均呈阳性反应。结论此次食物中毒是菜豆在烹饪时加热不彻底造成的食物中毒,监管部门应加强监督工作方针,加强饮食业、集体食堂从业人员的卫生知识培训,教育群众食用菜豆时一定要炒熟煮透后再食用。
Objective To understand the food poisoning caused by eating beans in Xinglong County learning school, and to improve people’s awareness of prevention and control of poisoning and prevent the occurrence of poisoning. Methods The field epidemiological survey, “foam experiment”, cohesion experiment method were used for investigation and analysis. Results The patient vomit collected and the remaining beans, tested positive. Conclusion The food poisoning is the food poisoning caused by the incomplete heating of beans in cooking.
