学校内部管理体制改革是现代教育改革的必然要求。我们针对本校现状,全面贯彻落实《长岭县中小学内部管理体制改革工作方案及意见》,扎实而有效地开展了“内改”工作。通过几年来卓有成效地工作,我校形成了干部能上能下,人员能进能出,工资能高能低的管理机制,极大地调动了广大教职工的工作积极性。可以说,“内改”为我校的教育改革与发展注入生机和活力。
The reform of the internal management system in schools is an inevitable requirement of modern educational reform. In response to the current situation of the university, we fully implemented the “Changling County Internal and Intermediate Schools Internal Management System Reform Work Plan and Opinions” and carried out the “Inner Reform” work in a solid and effective manner. After several years of effective work, our school has formed a management mechanism in which cadres are able to work under conditions, personnel can enter and exit, wages can be high and low, and they greatly mobilize the work enthusiasm of the majority of staff. It can be said that “inside reform” has injected vitality and vitality into the educational reform and development of our school.
