基于焊接热弹塑性有限元分析理论,考虑材料随温度变化的热物理性能及相变潜热对温度的影响,采用焊接专用有限元分析软件模拟X5CrNi1810耐热不锈钢口字型多焊缝焊接结构CO2气体保护焊接条件下的温度场分布及熔池形态。预测了焊缝及邻缝区域的焊接热循环分布曲线特征,为下一步预测焊接变形和残余应力的分布提供热学方面的理论借鉴。
