本文运用热分析方法,研究了氟酸钾与二氧化锰、氯酸钾与氧化铜的催化反应.采用Coats—Redfen 积分法处理热重曲线,求算了以上催化反应的动力学参数:活化能 E,反应级数 n,频率因子 A,速度常数 k.通过热重 TG、差热曲线对比了这二个催化反应的行为及特点,探讨其中可能包含的反应,并发现了氧化铜对高氯酸钾热分解的催化作用.
In this paper, the catalytic reaction of potassium fluoride with manganese dioxide, potassium chlorate and copper oxide has been studied.The thermogravimetric curves were processed by Coats-Redfen integral method, and the kinetic parameters of the above catalytic reaction were calculated: activation energy E, The reaction order n, the frequency factor A and the velocity constant k.The behaviors and characteristics of these two catalytic reactions were compared by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential thermal curve (DTA), and the possible reactions involved were discussed.
