目的建立GC法测定锯叶棕片中β-谷甾醇的含量。方法采用DB-5毛细管柱分离;程序升温,初始温度120℃保持2分钟,以30℃?min-1速率升至300℃,保持12分钟;分流比10:1;进样口温度280℃;检测器温度300℃。结果β-谷甾醇在0.03936μg~0.3936μg范围内线性良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率97%。结论本法准确、重复性好,可用于锯叶棕片的质控。
Objective To establish a GC method for determination of β-sitosterol in Saw Palmetto tablets. The method was separated on a DB-5 capillary column. The temperature of the sample was kept at 120 ° C for 2 minutes and the temperature was raised to 300 ° C at 30 ° C for 1 min. The split ratio was 10: 1. The inlet temperature was 280 ° C. Detector temperature 300 ℃. Results β-sitosterol showed a good linearity in the range of 0.03936μg ~ 0.3936μg, r = 0.9996, with an average recovery of 97%. Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of saw leaf palm.
