随着我国社会的高速发展,国家需要的优秀人才越来越多,教育已然受到越来越多人的重视。教师作为教育过程中的主体,有义务帮助每一位学生提高学习能力,使学生享受学习带来的快乐。但由于学生学习能力或多或少存在着差异,随着教学时间的增加,学生的学习水平会越来越趋于两极分化,这样无形中就会给学习不好的学生带来压力,不利于学生的均衡学习发展。因此,为了鼓励学生提高学习兴趣,增强学习能力,避免出现两极分化现象,教师有必要总结教学经验,采用创新手段进行教学,保证每一位学生学得进去,学得尽兴。
