目的:研究尾叶香茶菜Rabdosia excisa茎的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离和纯化化合物。通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从尾叶香茶菜的乙酸乙酯部分共分离鉴定了13个化合物分别为1α,6,11β,15β-四乙酰基-6,7-断裂-7,20-内酯-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯(1);maoyecrystal E(2);6β,11α,15α-三羟基-6,7断裂-6,20-环氧-1α,7-内酯-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯(3);enmenol-glucoside(4);冬凌草甲素(5);大萼香茶菜庚素(6);rabdosichuanin C(7);β-谷甾醇(8);熊果酸(9);2α-羟基乌苏酸(10);2α-羟基齐墩果酸(11);2α,3α,19-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌索酸(12);胡萝卜苷(13)。结论:除了化合物5,8,9,13外,其余化合物均为首次从尾叶香茶菜中发现。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia excisa stem. Methods: Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Structure is identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as 13α-6α, 6,11β, 15β-tetraacetyl-6,7-cleavage-7,20-lactone-enantiomer- (1); maoyecrystal E (2); 6β, 11α, 15α-trihydroxy-6,7 cleavage-6,20-epoxy-1α, 7- lactone-enantiomer-kauri- (3); enmenol-glucoside (4); Oridonin (5); Eupatorium chinensensis (6); rabdosichuanin C (7) (10); 2α-hydroxy oleanolic acid (11); 2α, 3α, 19-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-ursolic acid (12); daucosterol (13). CONCLUSION: All the compounds except the compound 5,8,9,13 were found for the first time from the genus Mycelium.
