中国汽车产业发展的一个重大任务就是要建设和谐的汽车社会,为什么在中国出现了全世界都没有过的大城市限制购买汽车的现象?就是我们发展的太快,相关方面的条件跟不上,没有达到一个和谐的汽车社会这样一个目标。我们认为首先从政府的层面在各个方面都要考虑到汽车的使用,要制订建设和谐的汽车社会的指导意见。对于城市的建设,要考虑到汽车的使用,道路的建设、住宅的建设都要有足够的道路,住宅要有足够的停车场。中国大部分城市道路占总面积比例还比较小,应该是对照世界上比较好的使用汽车城市的规划经验来规划中国的城市,中国大部分住宅没有按照1:1甚至合理的1:1.2的比例留停车场,这些情况也应该改变。在中国新的住宅建设中,不但要留停车场,而且在停车位置里面要有一定比例能够充电的设施。中国汽车工业协会常务副会长兼秘书长董扬
One of the major tasks for the development of China’s automobile industry is to build a harmonious automobile society.
