在经典MRW模型基础上,将人力资本引入总体生产函数中,通过构建一个包含稳态收入水平和条件收敛的参数异质性方程,利用1995—2015年中部六省409个县的样本和空间权重矩阵,使用最近开发的空间计量经济学技术,着重考察了稳态各县物质资本和人力资本外部性、技术扩散对经济增长的影响。结果发现:各县技术存量的外部性不仅具有跨县域边界特性,其外溢性的强度与县域之间纯粹的地理距离相关;人力资本对提升技术水平有显著作用,在各县经济增长中具有可靠的外溢效应。
Based on the classical MRW model, human capital is introduced into the overall production function. By constructing a parametric heterogeneity equation containing steady-state income levels and conditional convergence, we use the sample and spatial weights of 409 counties in six central provinces of China from 1995 to 2015 Matrix, using the recently developed space econometrics techniques, focuses on the stability of the county material and human capital externalities, technological diffusion on economic growth. The results show that the externality of technology stocks in each county not only has the characteristics of cross-county boundary, but also the intensity of its spillover is related to the pure geographical distance between counties; human capital has a significant effect on the promotion of technological level and is reliable in the economic growth of all counties Spillover effect.
