外耳湿疹是临床上常见病、多发病。病人以外耳局部居痒、丘疹、糜烂、渗液、皮肤增厚为主要症状和体征。笔者等对38例外耳湿疹病人局部创面渗液进行细菌培养和药敏试验，结果36例有一种或两种病菌生长，药敏试验结果也有不同特点。这个结果将对以往传统的外耳湿疹的病因和治疗
Outer ear eczema is a common clinical disease, frequently-occurring disease. Patients with local external ear itching, papules, erosion, exudate, skin thickening as the main symptoms and signs. The author of 38 cases of ear eczema in patients with partial wound exudate bacterial culture and drug susceptibility tests, results of 36 cases of one or two kinds of bacteria growth, drug sensitivity test results also have different characteristics. This result will be the etiology and treatment of the traditional, traditional external ear eczema
