创新是企业获得竞争优势的重要途径之一,企业的技术创新活动并非单纯的技术活动,而应与组织创新相互匹配、协同发展。针对此问题提出学习导向型组织创新和技术创新的测量维度,构建学习导向型组织创新与技术创新的关联模型,通过对347家高技术制造企业的深度访谈和问卷调查,运用结构方程模型方法对学习导向型组织创新与技术创新的关联路径和影响度进行实证研究。结果表明,学习导向型组织创新与技术创新之间存在显著、正向且直接的关联关系,建议高技术制造企业运用二者之间正向关联作用促进技术创新和组织创新协同发展。
Innovation is one of the important ways for an enterprise to gain competitive advantage. Enterprise technological innovation activities are not purely technical activities, but should be matched with organizational innovations and coordinated with each other. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the measurement dimension of learning-oriented organizational innovation and technological innovation, constructs the association model of learning-oriented organizational innovation and technological innovation. Through the deep interviews and questionnaires of 347 high-tech manufacturing enterprises, using structural equation modeling Study-oriented organizational innovation and technological innovation of the correlation path and impact of empirical research. The results show that there is a significant positive and direct correlation between learning-oriented organizational innovation and technological innovation. It is suggested that high-tech manufacturing enterprises promote the synergistic development of technological innovation and organizational innovation through the positive correlation between the two.
