目的:提出了以十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)修饰碳糊电极测定亚硝酸根的新方法。方法:构建了一种十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)修饰碳糊电极,并用于NO2-高灵敏电化学检测。利用循环伏安法对NO2-在表面活性剂修饰碳糊电极(CPE)上的电化学行为进行了研究。阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对NO2-的电化学氧化反应表现出强烈的催化活性和增敏作用。结果:在CTAB修饰碳糊电极上,NO2-的安培响应与其浓度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-8mol/L,回收率为96.8%~103%。结论:该方法简便快速,用于环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。
OBJECTIVE: A new method for the determination of nitrite with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) modified carbon paste electrode was proposed. Methods: A cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) modified carbon paste electrode was constructed and used for NO2-sensitive electrochemical detection. The electrochemical behavior of NO2- at surfactant-modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. Cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) showed strong catalytic activity and sensitizing effect on the electrochemical oxidation of NO2-. Results: The Ampere response of NO2- with CTAB modified carbon paste electrode showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of NO2- in the range of 1.0 × 10-7 ~ 1.0 × 10-4mol / L with the detection limit of 5.0 × 10-8mol / L , The recovery rate was 96.8% ~ 103%. Conclusion: This method is simple and rapid and is suitable for the determination of trace nitrite in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
