楼市既不会崩盘也很难疯涨经历2013年的疯狂之后,2014年的楼市将保持相对平稳,这是在12月18日召开的“2013中国房地产高峰论坛暨全商联上海联合会成立仪式”上获得的信息。本次论坛由全国房地产商会联盟主办,上海新华置城文化传媒有公司承办,新华传媒、新闻晨报地产星空、旭辉集团、三盛宏业集团等公司为支持单位。论坛上,还举办了全商联上海联合会成立揭牌和授牌仪式。
