采用稀土元素Sc与Er对A356合金进行变质处理,研究了稀土元素Sc、Er对合金微观组织与力学性能的影响,并探讨了合金元素在变质过程中作用机理。研究结果表明,合金中稀土添加剂的含量控制在0.2%Sc+0.2%Er的范围内时可以获得较为理想的变质效果。
The effects of rare earth elements Sc and Er on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by modifying the A356 alloy with rare earth elements Sc and Er. The mechanism of the alloying elements during the metamorphism was also discussed. The results show that the ideal modification effect can be obtained when the content of rare earth additive in the alloy is controlled within the range of 0.2% Sc + 0.2% Er.
