在综合国力竞争日趋激烈、国内外矛盾错综复杂的背景下,重视和提升我国文化软实力,巩固和建设社会主义意识形态,越来越具有重大战略意义。社会主义意识形态建设是文化软实力提升的指导思想和核心内容,文化软实力提升是社会主义意识形态建设的现实需要和必然路径。两者相互作用、相互影响,统一于中国共产党领导下中国特色社会主义的伟大实践。
Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce national-level competition and the complicated contradictions at home and abroad, it is of great strategic significance to attach importance to and enhance our cultural soft power and to consolidate and build the socialist ideology. The construction of socialist ideology is the guiding ideology and core content of enhancing cultural soft power. The enhancement of cultural soft power is a realistic and inevitable path for the construction of socialist ideology.
