一般作胃肠钡餐造影时,所用之钡剂都是用适量硫酸钡,单糖浆和开水搅匀制成混悬液。这种钡剂,因硫酸钡的比重大,易沉淀,加上硫酸钡的浓度低(仅50%左右),因而在胃壁的附着力和在胃酸中的反凝絮作用差,显影效果不够理想。按临床对钡剂的要求,应该是:(1)高浓度。(2)低粘度。(3)颗粒细。(4)与胃液混合后不易沉淀和凝聚。(5)粘附性强。
