提出一种基于DSP的电力变压器有载分接开关(OLTC)在线监测和故障诊断系统,包括系统构成、硬件电路、检测方法以及诊断算法。系统以TI公司的TMS320F2812芯片为核心,外扩AD73360转换器,辅以相应的传感器、输入信号调理电路及显示、通信等部分组成。通过在线监测振动信号、DSP进行相应的处理,提取出OLTC状态信息,并及时显示和送主机保存。理论分析与实验室运行表明,基于振动信号的OLTC在线检测技术具有良好的应用前景,本系统基本能满足OLTC的实际运行监测需要。
This paper presents an on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on DSP for on-load tap-changer (OLTC) of power transformer, including system configuration, hardware circuit, detection method and diagnosis algorithm. System to TI’s TMS320F2812 chip as the core, outside the expansion AD73360 converter, supported by the appropriate sensors, input signal conditioning circuits and display, communications and other components. Through online monitoring of vibration signal, DSP carries on the corresponding processing, extracts the OLTC status information, and promptly displays and sends the main engine to preserve. Theoretical analysis and laboratory operation show that OLTC on-line detection technology based on vibration signals has a good application prospect, and the system can basically meet the needs of OLTC monitoring.
