随着社会经济的快速发展,我国人力资源发展水平不断提升,现代企业制度主要以竞争为主体,企业在人力资源管理中存在企业战略目标不明确,缺乏科学的人力资源战略,对人力资源规划的认识不全面,组织机构设置不合理,管理制度不健全等问题。应明确企业核心人力资源,制定具有前瞻性的弹性人力资源规划,树立人本管理思想,转变发展模式,合理绩效管理。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the level of human resource development in our country keeps on improving. The modern enterprise system mainly takes competition as the main body. There are some problems in the human resource management, such as the unclear enterprise strategic goal, the lack of scientific human resources strategy, Incomplete understanding, irrational organizational setup, and unsound management system.
