一、前言在达尔文理论基础的教学中,为了贯彻理论和实践相结合的教学原则,为了提高学生的学习兴趣,使学生树立关于人类可以改造自然的信心,我校利用学生的课外活动时间,进行了几种关于米丘林生物学的长期性的实验.其中一种就是动物无性杂交——鸡胚在鹅蛋白影响下,发生变异的实验.通过这个实验,除了达到上述的目的以外,并且可以训练学生研究科学的分析能力和操作能力,获得点滴的经验,加以推广,以改良祖国的家禽品种,对国家的畜牧业,也是有所裨益的.在这种思想推动下,经过一学期的实验,现在已经获得了初步的结果.今特介绍于后,希望研究科学的同志及从事教育工作的同志,对于这次实验的理论根据、操作方法和结果,予以指正.
