据报载,从1995年4月开始,一个以“红高粱”命名的中式快餐连锁店,从中原大地辐射到北国南疆,产生了全社会关注的“快餐红高粱现象”。前不久,由天津市医药学专家协会牵头,邀请国内著名的营养学、食品卫生学、心理学等诸多学科的专家,通过审阅资料、参观、品尝,客观、科学地评估了中式快餐“红高粱”。笔者有幸参予了此活动。作为一个饮食文化现象,觉得很有新意,值得动笔。
It has been reported that since April 1995, a Chinese fast food chain named after “Red Sorghum” has radiated from the Central Plains to southern Xinjiang in the northern part of the country, generating a “fast food red sorghum phenomenon” that has drawn the attention of the whole society. Not long ago, the Tianjin Municipal Association of Pharmaceutical Experts led the invitation of the well-known nutrition, food hygiene, psychology and many other disciplines of experts through the review of information, visit, taste, objectively and scientifically assessed the Chinese fast food “Red Sorghum ”. I was fortunate enough to participate in this event. As a diet culture, I feel very innovative and worthwhile.
