2011年,自治区财政厅在总结近年来5次开展竞争上岗经验的基础上,创新竞争模式,扩大群众参与,坚持阳光操作,开展处级职位竞争上岗工作,7名德才兼备、年轻优秀、能力突出、群众公认的干部脱颖而出,走上了处级领导岗位。顺应形势、改革求变——组织放心一是调整创新竞争上岗模式。改变过去“笔试+民主测评”的竞争上岗方式,采取“民主推荐+竞职演讲”的方式开展竞争上岗。
