借助EDS、XRD分析技术分析15-5PH钢氧化膜的成分和结构,研究了氧化膜在生长、剥落过程中Fe、Cr离子迁移的情况。结果表明15-5PH钢在700℃及以下,氧化速度缓慢,氧化膜成分为铁铬尖晶石氧化物,铁离子在膜内的迁移速度控制着氧化速度;800℃氧化时,氧化速度较700℃增快,氧化膜内铬离子通过氧化膜裂纹等快速通道向外迁移,铁离子反向迁移。
The composition and structure of 15-5PH steel oxide film were analyzed by EDS and XRD. The migration of Fe and Cr ions during the growth and exfoliation of the oxide film was studied. The results show that the oxidation rate of 15-5PH steel is 700 ℃ and below. The oxidation film composition is Fe-Cr spinel oxide. The migration speed of iron ions in the film controls the oxidation rate. When the temperature is 800 ℃, the oxidation rate is 700 ℃, the chromium oxide in the oxide film migrates outward through the rapid channels such as the oxide film cracks, and the iron ions reversely migrate.
