班级管理的过程放在中国的中职院校教育体系中,是一个动态的、持续变化的过程,教育从业人员遵从学校的教育标准,通过采取适宜的手段来管理班集体,从而带领班级学生有计划、有组织、可控制、能协调地完成有限资源分配使用,达到原本的教学初衷,促进学生提高学习效率。将心理学的应用渗入中职班级管理中,对如何管理、规范学生的学习做浅要分析。
