椿芽是一种经济价值较高的木本蔬菜。其嫩芽幼叶香味浓郁,富含维生素、钙、铁、蛋白质等多种营养成分,鲜食、腌制均甘美爽口。椿芽病虫害很少,无农药污染,符合国家绿色食品标准。近几年,随着城乡人民生活水平的提高,香椿芽需求量增加,只靠大棚和露地盖膜常规栽培,难以满足市场供应。奉节县农业局试验成功室内无土栽培法生产椿芽,在全县推广,并已纳入县里的农业“丰收计划”,
