为拓宽云南热区咖啡主产地可再生资源咖啡壳资源利用途径,探讨咖啡壳制作“虎奶菇”菌种的可能性,为云南热区利用咖啡壳资源制作“虎奶菇”等珍稀食用菌菌种提供科学依据。以“虎奶菇1号”菌种为研究对象,采用单、双、三因素试验设计,以菌丝生长情况及菌种使用效果为评价指标,筛选以咖啡壳作为主要原料生产“虎奶菇”菌种的培养基。结果表明:“虎奶菇”菌丝在9种不同配方的培养基上均能正常生长,其中筛选出配方4(即咖啡壳刨花麸皮培养基:咖啡壳40%、刨花40%、麸皮18%、石膏1%、石灰1%)、配方7(即咖啡壳刨花棉籽壳培养基:咖啡壳40%、刨花40%、棉籽壳18%、石膏1%、石灰1%)和配方9(即咖啡壳棉籽壳麸皮培养基:咖啡壳40%、棉籽壳40%、麸皮18%、石膏1%、石灰1%)为该试验条件下的最优配方,综合评价指标与对照相差不大。经合理搭配,咖啡壳作为“虎奶菇”菌种生产原料是可行的。
In order to broaden the utilization of renewable resources of coffee shell resources in the main producing areas of hot coffee in Yunnan Province and to explore the possibility of making “tiger milk mushrooms” in coffee husks, and to make “tiger milk mushrooms” Rare edible mushroom species provide scientific basis. The results showed that: “Tiger milk mushroom” mycelium can grow normally in medium of 9 kinds of formulas, and formula 4 (ie, coffee shell shaving wheat bran medium: 40% coffee shell, shaving 40% 18% bran, 1% gypsum and 1% lime), formulation 7 (ie coffee shell shaving cotton seed hull medium: 40% cauliflower, shaving 40%, cottonseed hull 18%, gypsum 1%, lime 1%) and formulation 9 (ie, coffee hull cottonseed hull bran medium: 40% coffee hull, cottonseed hull 40%, bran 18%, gypsum 1%, lime 1%) is the optimal formula under the test conditions, the comprehensive evaluation index and control no big difference. With a reasonable match, coffee shell as a “tiger milk mushroom ” species production of raw materials is feasible.
