党的十八大于2012年11月在北京召开。在当前国际环境复杂多变,中国经济发展正值关键阶段的背景下,本次会议的召开具有不同于往届的特殊意义。会议确立的改革方向和战略重点,一定程度上决定了中国政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等方面未来五年甚至更长时期的发展方向。从十八大报告的内容来看,报告出现了不少新的表述,对未来中国的改革方向具有较强的启示意义。在解读报告的基础上,结合新一届国家领导人近期的执政理念,可以判断,中国下一步改革的关键举措在于全面推进城镇化,着力释放内需。
The 18th National Party Congress was held in Beijing in November 2012. Under the background of the complicated and volatile international environment and the fact that China’s economic development is at a crucial stage, the convening of this meeting has its special significance different from the previous one. The reform direction and strategic priorities established by the conference have, to some extent, determined the development direction of China’s political, economic, cultural, social and ecological fields in the next five years or even longer. According to the content of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, there are quite a few new statements in the report, which have strong implications for the future direction of China’s reform. Based on the interpretation of the report and the recent ruling philosophy adopted by the leaders of the new state, we can judge that the key measures for the next step of China’s reform lie in promoting urbanization in an all-round way and focusing on the release of domestic demand.
