研究了肝素钠的单位总量与阳离子交换树脂的用量和ＣａＣｌ２的加入量的关系，求得各自的最适量。据此制备肝素钙，获得满意结果。
The relationship between the total amount of sodium heparin and the amount of cation exchange resin and the amount of CaCl2 added was studied, and the optimum amount was obtained. Based on this, heparin calcium was prepared and satisfactory results were obtained.
