目的探讨早期康复治疗对颅脑损伤患者疗效的影响,观察患者生活质量的变化,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法选择130例颅脑损伤的患者,依患者的入院顺序分为两组,观察组共65例,对照组共65例,观察组在常规治疗基础上应用早期康复治疗,对照组只应用常规治疗。评价患者治疗的效果,关注患者生活质量评分的差别。结果观察组治疗后的显效率明显高于对照组,观察组患者8个维度生活质量的评分明显高于对照组。结论早期康复治疗对颅脑损伤患者的疗效明显,并能提高患者的生活质量,临床中可以应用。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on the curative effect of patients with craniocerebral injury and to observe the changes of patients’ quality of life in order to provide theoretical support for clinical work. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with traumatic brain injury were selected and divided into two groups according to the sequence of hospital admission: 65 cases in the observation group and 65 cases in the control group. The observation group received early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of routine treatment and the control group received only conventional treatment . Evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment of patients, concerned about the difference between the quality of life of patients score. Results The effective rate of observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of control group. The scores of quality of life in 8 dimensions of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment of patients with brain injury obvious effect, and can improve the quality of life of patients, clinical application.
