盐度对卜氏晶囊轮虫 (Asplanchnabrightwelli)生长、发育及存活具有一定的影响。在水温 2 5℃自然光照下 ,盐度分别为 0、 1、 2、 3时 ,以盐度为 2的内禀增长率rm、周限增长率λ和净增殖率R0 最高 ,分别为 1 665 8、 5 2 899和 2 0 1 ;盐度为 2的一生生殖次数和总生殖量也最高 ,分别为 4 9、 2 3 2个 ,其平均寿命最长为 98 4h ,产前发育期最短为 1 8 71h。世代时间以盐度 3最短 ,为 1 441 4d。本研究结果表明 ,盐度 2是卜氏晶囊轮虫生活的最佳盐度。
Salinity has an impact on the growth, development and survival of Asplanchnabrightwelli. When the salinity was 0, 1, 2 and 3, respectively, the intrinsic rate of increase rm, salinity 2, and the rate of weekly growth λ and net growth R0 were respectively 1 665 8, 5 2 899 and 2 0 1 respectively. The number of reproductive reproductive cycles and total reproductive volume of salinity 2 were the highest, reaching 49,223, respectively. The longest average life span was 98 4 hours and the shortest duration of prenatal period was 1 8 71h. Generations of time to salinity 3 the shortest, to 1 441 4d. The results of this study show that salinity 2 is the optimum salinity of Bursaphelenchus Bursaphelenchus.
