从1958年秋季开始,我担任了小学一年级的汉语拼音字母教学工作。一年来,自己在工作中作了一些努力,多少有一些体会。我打算谈三个方面。(一)教学前的准备工作当一年级新生还没入学的时候,我就挨家挨户去访问,用普通话跟孩子交谈,摸一摸底。这样,一方面可以了解这孩子会不会说普遍话,能不能听懂普通话;一方面也使孩子懂得:做了小今生,一定要学会说普通话。访问中的情况,我都一一记载下来,日后进行教学时可做参考。开学前,我用普通话把每个学生的名字念得很熟,个别的字音没有把握念准,我就去查字典。上第一课时,我就教学生用普通话念自己的名字,还要求他们在课后不用上海话唤别人的名字。孩子们
