人际关系就是人与人之间的社会关系。人际关系是一种十分复杂的社会现象,从不同的角度可以划分为多种类型。仅从主体划分来看,人际关系可以分为个人与个人的关系、个人与群体的关系、群体与群体的关系。人际关系和谐体现在所有这些关系和谐上,体现为人们之间相互尊重、诚实守信、平等友爱、团结互助、融洽相处。促进人际关系和谐,无论是对于个人身心健康和全面发展还是构建社会主义和谐社会都是意义重大。促进人际关系和谐,有赖于全体人民共同努力,而我们党的7000多万共产党员应当承担更大的社会责任。共产党员要在促进人际关系和谐中更好地发挥作用,就必须解决一些思想认识和行为规范问题。
Interpersonal relationship is the social relationship between people. Interpersonal relationship is a very complex social phenomenon, from different perspectives can be divided into many types. The harmonious interpersonal relationship is reflected in the harmony of all these relations. The promotion of interpersonal harmony depends on the concerted efforts of all the people, and more than 70 million Communists of our party should assume greater social responsibility. To play a better role in promoting interpersonal harmony, Communists must solve some problems of ideological understanding and code of conduct.
