一、现场推行目视管理的背景随着市场经济的发展和经济全球化进程的加快,以及国内、国际钢铁市场竞争加剧,企业的竞争力成为生存的根本基础。为持续提高在新环境下的竞争能力,太原钢铁集团矿业分公司(简称“矿业公司”)确立了“把矿业公司建设成为最具竞争力的冶金原辅料企业”的战略目标。实现这个目标,有赖于建立一种高效的生产运营管理模式,需要一支具备良好素质和饱满工作热情的员工队伍。现场管理的基础是5S;推行5S,不仅能改善生产环境、提高产品质量;
