不久前,美联社在新闻报道中,揭露了美国国家安全局(NSA)利用与另外四国安全机构联手建起的一套全球信息间谍网进行全球性窃听,对电子邮件、传真、电话进行监视和窃听的惊人事件,即所谓的“阶梯”计划.虽然美国安全局对此事持回避态度,但这个消息已经得到了欧盟、澳大利亚等多家机构的证实.消息传出一片哗然.在这个号称“自由至上”的国家,竟然有政府部门时刻监视着自己的公民,电影里那个黑暗的恐怖组织实实在在地存在着,而且,就在我们身边.
