汝城白毛茶生叶蒸青样,经湖南农学院,省茶叶研究所连续四年化验分析,多酚类物质含量高达45.49—46.44%,儿茶素总量达233.53mg/g。是适制优质红碎茶的地方资源。汝城白毛茶分布于崇山峻岭之中,还没有被人们充分利用,为了开发山区,发挥资源优势,为提高我国茶叶在世界上的地位,在上级业务部门的指导下,在县政府的 Rucheng white plum tea leaf steamed green sample, by Hunan Agricultural College, Provincial Institute of Tea for four consecutive years of laboratory analysis, the content of polyphenols as high as 45.49-46.44%, total catechins amounted to 233.53mg / g.
