“未发现故障”(NFF)是近年来困扰航空界的一大难题,无论是新机的电子设备还是老机的机械、线路系统,NFF逐渐成为一种新的多发故障模式,影响飞机正常使用,增加了维修成本。从NFF的定义入手,具体分析其产生的原因。在对比国内外NFF诊断与预防技术的基础上,采用基于本质参数测量的NFF诊断与排除方法来减少NFF故障发生率,提出相应诊断与预防的流程。以某型飞机“发动机降转”故障为例验证了该方法的有效性,并对当前NFF的现状提出几点对策与建议。
The NFF has been a major challenge for the aeronautical community in recent years. The effectiveness of this method is verified by taking the failure of a certain type of aircraft as an example. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the current status of NFF.
