泥浆泵压力表,是我们煤田地质系统机电维修工作中长期以来一直没有解决好的一项技术问题。1983年6月,我们先后设计试制了球式压力表缓冲器和活塞式压力表缓冲器,经过现场多次试验均失败了。我们在总结经验的同时,认真分析研究了泥浆泵压力表损坏的原因:一是泥砂进入表内对关键零件的早期磨损和卡死;二是机械震动和泥浆液流的直接冲击造成表机件失灵和损坏。针对以上问题,我们又研制出一种隔膜式缓冲器,经使用表明性能良好,深受欢迎。
The mud pump pressure gauge is a technical problem that has not been solved for a long time in the mechanical and electrical maintenance work of our coal field geology system. In June 1983, we designed and tested the ball type pressure gauge buffer and the piston type pressure gauge buffer, which failed after many tests on site.
