研究了二甲亚砜 (DMSO)中La3 +和Co2 +在铂和铜电极上的电化学行为。Co2 +和La3 +在铂和铜电极上一步不可逆还原为Co( 0 )、La( 0 ) ,利用循环伏安法测定了 30 1K时 ,0 0 5mol·L-1LaCl3 DMSO体系中La3 +的扩散系数、传递系数分别为 1 9× 10 -6cm2 ·s-1,0 13;0 0 5mol·L-1CoCl2 DMSO体系中Co2 +的扩散系数、传递系数分别为2 3× 10 -6cm2 ·s-1,0 11。在铜电极上于 - 2 45 0~ - 2 6 5 0V(vs.SCE)下恒电位电解 ,可获得粘附性好、有金属光泽的La Co合金均匀沉积膜 ,其中镧的含量可达 2 7 6 6 %~ 39 34 % (质量分数 )。
The electrochemical behavior of La3 + and Co2 + at platinum and copper electrodes in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was investigated. Co2 + and La3 + were irreversibly reduced to Co (0) and La (0) on platinum and copper electrodes. The diffusion of La3 + in 0 0 5mol·L-1LaCl3 DMSO system was determined by cyclic voltammetry at 301K Coefficients and transfer coefficients were 19 × 10 -6 cm 2 · s -1,013, respectively. The diffusion coefficients of Co 2+ in 0 0 5 mol·L-1CoCl 2 DMSO system were respectively 2 3 × 10 -6 cm 2 · s -1 , 0 11. On the copper electrode, potentiostatic electrolysis at - 2 45 0 to -2 6 5 0 V (vs.SCE) results in a uniformly deposited film of La Co alloy with good adhesion and metallic luster, in which the content of lanthanum is up to 2 7 6 6% ~ 39 34% (mass fraction).
