类风湿性关节炎是一种多发性疑难病,至今尚无特效药物和治疗方法。笔者应用酶化学思想设计中药配方治疗类风湿性关节炎,取得满意效果。1 临床资料1.1 一般情况病例200例,其中男性72例,女性128例,年龄3岁～76岁,病程3个月～19年。1.2 诊断标准①具有类风湿的全身症状或关节炎症状持续6周以上而排除其它疾病者。早期患者病程在6个月以内,中期病程6个月～18个月,中后期病程18个月～3年,晚期病程3年以上。②实验室检查:血红蛋白降低,白细胞增多,血沉增快,C反应蛋白阳性,类风湿因子阳性,血清IgG、IgM与IgA增高、关节滑膜渗出液检查外观混浊,白细胞增高,蛋白
Rheumatoid arthritis is a multiple intractable disease, and there are no specific drugs or treatments. The author applied enzymatic chemistry to design a Chinese medicine formula to treat rheumatoid arthritis and achieved satisfactory results. 1 Clinical data 1.1 The general case of 200 cases, including 72 males and 128 females, aged 3 years to 76 years, duration of 3 months to 19 years. 1.2 Diagnostic Criteria 1 There are systemic symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis or arthritis symptoms that persist for more than 6 weeks and exclude other diseases.
