我厂二分厂生产锻材,有三吨和一吨蒸汽锤各一座,原有三台仿苏K-4锅炉,人工加煤,劳动强度大,工作环境差,各项技术指标落后,排烟温度高达450℃,热效率为50%,每台锅炉每小时产汽量只有3吨。为了满足生产上需要,每天必须烧二台锅炉,耗煤30吨。为了降低煤耗,改善劳动条件,我们对这种锅炉进行了技术改造,收到了较好的效果,现将1~#K-4锅炉的改造情况介绍如下: 一、技术改造措施 三、改善燃烧条件 (1)将原来的手烧炉改为链带式链条炉排。
