漆酶与血浆铜蓝蛋白是同族的酶类,它们都是多铜酶类,其特征是能催化使分子氧还原四个电子使底物伴生出一个电子(参考:Malmstron,B.G.,et al.Annu.Rev.Boochem,51,21—59,1982)。在这个亚族的蓝色含铜加氧酶中可按它们中含有的金属离子类型的光谱特性加以分类。其中,Ⅰ型 Cu~(2+)在可见光下表现有高的吸收峰(ε>3000M~(-1)cm~(-1),在600nm 处),其 EPR 谱为:(?)<95×10~(-4)Cm~(-1);Ⅱ型的,亦即正常 Cu~(2+)型的,只具测不出的吸收峰,此外,它的 EPR 线形呈现了一般低分子量铜络合物
Laccase and ceruloplasmin are homologous enzymes, all of which are multi-copper enzymes characterized by the ability to catalyze the reduction of four electrons by molecular oxygen to produce an electron associated with the substrate (Reference: Malmstron, BG, et al. Annu. Rev. Boochem, 51, 21-59, 1982). The blue copper-containing oxygenases of this subfamily can be classified according to the spectral properties of the type of metal ion they contain. Among them, type Ⅰ Cu 2+ showed high absorption peak under visible light (ε> 3000M -1 cm -1, at 600 nm) and its EPR spectrum was (?) <95 × 10 ~ (-4) Cm ~ (-1). Type Ⅱ, that is, normal Cu 2+ only had undetectable absorption peaks. In addition, its EPR linearity showed a general low molecular weight Copper complex
