1 引言 随着建筑物施工高度的升高,其基础和地基所承受的荷载不断增加,引起地基基础的变形及至建筑物本身也随之变形(包括沉降、倾斜和裂缝)。这些变形如果超过一定限度就会影响建筑物的正常使用,严重时危及建筑物的安全。因此,在建筑物的施工和运行管理阶段都需要对建筑物进行变形观测,通过观测数据,分析和监视建筑物变形情况,一旦发现有异常,及时分析原因并采取有效措施,以保证工程质量和安全生产,同时也为今后建筑物结构和地基基础合理的设计积累资料。现就建筑物变形观测陈述几点粗浅认识。
