目的对2012—2013年北京市海淀区放射工作人员出现的异常剂量进行调查分析,了解产生异常剂量的原因,制定相应的对策。方法对每季度个人剂量监测结果超过1 250μSv的放射工作人员,进行现场复核和问卷调查。结果共计调查43人次,其中医用辐射41人次,非医用辐射2人次。产生异常剂量的主要原因有介入工作人员将剂量计佩戴在铅衣外或铅衣内外混戴、工作量大、扶持受检者照射、佩戴剂量计体检、剂量计受潮及不明原因等。结论剂量计佩戴不正确、佩戴剂量计体检和剂量计受潮是引起的异常剂量的主要原因,也是无效剂量;有效异常剂量中扶持受检者体检是最主要原因。对剂量计正确佩戴和使用的培训还应加强。
Objective To investigate the abnormal doses of radiation workers in Haidian District of Beijing from 2012 to 2013, and to understand the causes of abnormal doses and to develop corresponding countermeasures. Methods Radiation workers whose personal dose monitoring results exceeded 1 250 μSv per quarter were reviewed and surveyed on site. Results A total of 43 people were investigated, of which 41 were medical radiation and 2 were non-medical radiation. Abnormal dose of the main reasons for the intervention of the staff will be worn on the outside of the lead meter or lead-acid clothing worn outside the meter, the workload, to support the subjects irradiated, wearing a dosimeter physical examination, moisture meter and unknown reasons. Conclusion Dosimeters were worn incorrectly, wearing dosimeters and dampness of dosimeters were the main reasons for the abnormal dose and ineffective dose. The most important reason for supporting the subjects in effective abnormal dose was examination. Training on the proper use and use of dosimeters should also be strengthened.
