应用点滴法、浸渍法和含药饲料喂食法,研究了多杀菌素对亚洲玉米螟和家蝇生长发育的影响。结果表明,多杀菌素可影响亚洲玉米螟幼虫生长发育。用点滴法低浓度(1.0、2.5 ng/头)处理24 h和48 h后,其相对生长率都有一定程度的升高,分别为(86.17±1.83)%、(53.23±1.63)%和(81.15±2.35)%、(52.07±0.71)%,浓度越低其相对生长率越大;高浓度(5 ng/头)处理后48 h幼虫相对生长率受抑制,为(50.21±0.85)%,与对照组有显著差异。多杀菌素浸液法处理能降低家蝇的产卵率,随着spinosyn A浓度的增加,家蝇卵孵化率有明显下降趋势。方差分析显示,各处理组与对照组之间有显著差异;而饲喂法处理后其化蛹率显著下降。
The effects of spinosad on the growth and development of Asian corn borers and house flies were studied by using the drip method, the dipping method and the medicated feed method.
