目的 观察中华眼镜蛇(Naja naja atra)蛇毒组份III在小鼠体内的分布情况,探讨组份III在动物体内的分布特点。方法 用氯胺-T法对眼镜蛇毒组份III进行碘化标记,用放射性核素示踪动力法检测血液中的药物浓度,以放射性参与量(脏器与血液放射比)的比值作为组份III在组织中分布的依据。结果 小鼠尾静脉注射125I-组份III后,2h及4h放射性参与量大于1的器官为肝脏、肾脏、肺脏、心脏和肌肉,其中以肾脏分布最高,且4h放射性参与量高于2h。结论 小鼠静注组份III后2h,以肾脏分布最高,肝脏与肺脏的放射性参与量也较高,尿中含量很高。
Objective To observe the distribution of component III of Naja naja atra in mice and to investigate the distribution of component III in animals. Methods The cobra venom component III was iodinated by chloramine-T method. The concentration of the drug in the blood was detected by radionuclide tracer kinetic method. The ratio of radioactive participation (organ and blood radioactivity ratio) was used as the component III in the organization based on the distribution. Results After 125I-component III was injected into the caudal vein of mice, the organs of the liver, kidney, lung, heart and muscle that participated in the radioactivity 2h and 4h after 2h and 4h were the highest, and the 4h radioactive participation was higher than 2h. Conclusion After 2 hours of intravenous injection of component III in mice, the distribution of the kidney is the highest, and the radioactive participation of the liver and lungs is also high, with a high urinary content.
