本文作者之一曾利用几种有机試剂在銅-砷组中直接檢定过Pb、Cu、Cd及Bi。因此就想另用几种有机試剂在該組中直接檢定Sn、Hg、As及Sb。我們的实驗是从Sn的研究开始的。利用有机試剂来检定Sn(Ⅱ)或Hg(Ⅱ)的反应很多,作者也曾試驗过些,例如Cacotheline,Dimethylglyoxime-Fe(Ⅲ)等试剂与Sn(Ⅱ)的反应,但由于有各种干扰,总不能在简便的分析条件下用作直接的檢定。沈乃葵等曾用試镉剂2β为Hg(Ⅱ)的特效試剂,但用一个有机化合物同时为Sn(Ⅱ)和Hg(Ⅱ)的特效試剂者却不曾見过。
The authors of this paper have used several organic reagents to directly test Pb, Cu, Cd and Bi in the Cu-A group. Therefore, the other would like to use several other organic reagents in the group of direct verification of Sn, Hg, As and Sb. Our experiment started with Sn’s research. The reaction of Sn (II) or Hg (II) with organic reagents has been tested by many authors. For example, the reaction of reagents such as Cacotheline and Dimethylglyoxime-Fe (III) with Sn (II) Interference can not always be used as a direct test under simple analytical conditions. Shen Naikui et al. Used the reagent 2β for Hg (Ⅱ) as an effective reagent, but one organic compound which is a special reagent for both Sn (Ⅱ) and Hg (Ⅱ) has not been seen before.
