通过远缘杂交,引进外源有利基因,是扩大小麦遗传变异的重要方法之一。而远缘杂交的最大困难是由于物种的生殖隔离而发生在生殖过程中不同水平上的种种障碍。虽然山羊草属(Aegilops)与小麦属(Triticum)的亲缘最近,但远缘杂交中出现的生殖障碍,都能出现在普通小麦与山羊草属的杂交中。
It is one of the most important ways to expand the genetic variation of wheat through distant hybridization and introduction of exogenous gene. The greatest difficulty in distant hybridization is the various barriers that occur at different levels in the reproductive process due to the reproductive isolation of species. Although Aegilops and Triticum have the closest genetic relationship, reproductive disorders occurring in distant hybridization can occur in the cross between common wheat and Aegilops.
