文章在全面分析马克思社会必要扣除原理的基础上首次提出了马克思的整体分配观。作者认为，从马克思整体经济思想来看，马克思分配理论的核心原理应该是：＂谁占有生产资料谁就占有产品＂的理论。正确认识和把握马克思的整体分配观，对于我国当前在经济改革中更好地坚持马列主义和社会主义经济方向有着十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of Marx’s necessary social deduction principle, the article first put forward the concept of Marx’s overall distribution. The author believes that from the perspective of Marx’s overall economic thinking, the core principle of Marxist distribution theory should be: “Who owns the means of production who will own the product” theory. Correctly understanding and grasping Marx’s concept of the overall distribution has very important theoretical and practical significance for our country’s current persistence of Marxism-Leninism and the socialist economic direction in the current economic reform.
